The LG GT540 Mobile phone is LG’s latest phone based on an Android Operating system. The Android operating system runs on the Linux kernel and was initially developed by a small company called Android Inc. Android Inc was eventually bought out by Google when they saw the potential in the new OS. Phones operating on the android OS are capable of running multi-touch applications. Android Phones are also capable of running a vast amount of media content, such as MP3 player which sounds great on the LG GT540’s Dolby mobile player, In addition, this phone is also is capable of play MPEG-4 and DivX content, which work flawlessly thanks to the android operating system. This phone has tons of features that you will love. These features include: Android with Google Mobile Service, unified email manager, social networking manager and enhanced multimedia.
This phone is integrated with an amazing 3 megapixel camera, which can produce brilliant and colorful pictures that will certainly impress your friends, but that’s not all this camera has to offer, it also has face detection and face tagging capability, which is one of the latest technologies featured in the mobile phone cameras.
