Having seen the likes of Samsung and Nokia release Android – based smartphones, Sony Ericsson decided not to get left out and introduced their own Android – based smartphone in the form of the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3, whose code name is Rachael. It’s design is also top – class, being a beautiful glossy stylish rectangular slab. The design is sure to win the hearts of a lot of people.
With the images of the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3 having come out, a lot of people will be quite eager to know more about the features of this amazing phone. Some of the main features include a massive 8 megapixel camera which also has auto – focus, top – class 3D graphics capabilities, 7.2 Mbps HSDPA internet connectivity in addition to the superb user – friendly SE user interface. This amazing svelte phone doesn’t have an old 800 MHz processor, but has a top class one in the form of the 1 GHz snapdragon processor, making the processor one which could rival the processor on an average desktop computer!

The details of the Xperia X3 or previously known as Rachel is out on the UK based online site Expansys.com. Expansys leaked the information of yet to be announced Xperia X3 by the company itself. Sony Ericsson Xperia X3 is the first phone to be based on Google Android operating system.
The specifications of the Xperia were not confirmed until it was displayed on the product page of the Expansys. Though the buzz was that the handset will feature a 4 inches screen, but the resolution was conflicted upon. The reports of Expansys confirm the resolution to be 800 x 400 pixels. Xperia X3 is equipped with a quad-band (850/900/1800/1900MHz) GSM/GPRS/EDGE along with 3G network supporting both HSPDS plus HSUPA that will enable you to browse the net and access the desired web pages. Besides, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3 is also equipped with Wi-Fi supports, Bluetooth 2.1 as well as Global Positioning system. With Global Positioning system you will never get lost in an unknown place where everything is unfamiliar.

Googletastic, Googlicious, Googliful… All are words that pop into our head when we think about Android phones.
